Sit for Autism, presented by the Center of Excellence on Autism Spectrum Disorders at SCSU. A two hour workshop designed to provide information, strategies and resources to babysitters of children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our handy Sit Kit will assist the sitter in preparing for their unique sitting experience. Participants include the Parent, the individual with ASD (ages 3-18) and the prospective sitter. Two dates: Sat Oct 20 or Sat Nov 10. From 9-11 am. Held at LEARN, 44 Hatchetts Hill Road, Old Lyme. Limited enrollment, call the center at 203-392-5929.
