Workshops for DayCare and Pre-School Teachers

These workshops are deisgned to hel teachers and specialists meet the needs of students, especially those who require alternate behavioral strategies as well as enhance the skills of students who do not eppear to have special needs.
Thurs. Sept 15 - Planning for Successful Small Group Learning: developing meaningful activities that meet the needs of all children
Tues, Sept 27 - Working with Children with Particular Needs: Educational and social planning that meet the needs of children with disabilities, talented and gifted children
Tues, Oct 11 - Helping Agressive Children: techniques for preventing problems and dealing with existing problems (hitts, grabbing toys, violent play, etc)
Tues, Oct 25 - The Challenge of Connecting with all Families: techniques for working with difficult parents, parents who linger or who are late
All workshops run from 6;00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
