How to contact your Connecticut legislator: To find out the name and contact information (phone number and physical mailing address) for your state senator or state representative, you may use this "Find Your Legislator" for a listing by town. In Hartford, generally, telephone and letter (old fashioned snail mail through the United States Postal Service) are the best methods of contact. E-mail can also be effective.
