For a larger donation, upgrade to the “Gold Star Pat On The Back” and accompany the certificate with one of ASCONN’s colored rubber bracelets with a solid sterling silver puzzle charm. A “Pat On The Back” is available for a $10 donation and a “Gold Star Pat On The Back” is available for a $25 donation.
